This workshop focuses on helping individuals and organizations resolve and eliminate the core causes of workplace stress. Change Management
The process of change can be disruptive when knowledge of the change and transition processes, as they affect employees, are unknown or underutilized. This workshop provides understanding of how change impacts people and shows leaders how to make decisions that help their staff through the changes. It also prepares workers to deal with the impending or ongoing changes so they can be proactive leaders and contributors, rather than resistors.
Conflict Resolution
Conflict often occurs due to lack of clear communication, misinformation, misperceptions, competition for resources, differing values and stressful changes in the workplace. Discord between people, departments, and internal and external work relationships occur daily. Many of these situations can be avoided. Often, problems are ignored until they become a crisis. Using appropriate skills to handle conflict when it occurs helps avoid stress, illness and nonproductive behavior. Using preventive conflict management skills increases productivity and satisfaction.

Coaching allows executives to work privately and individually on adding specific leadership competencies to their repertoire. A coach helps executives in assessment, planning and implementation to become a highly skilled and effective leaders, while becoming a good role model for behaviors and actions they expect from their employees.
Managing Change
Change is a constant companion in the workplace. When a company is growing, downsizing, outsourcing, moving, or redesigning its services, change is the key initiator of employee fear, discomfort, confusion, and sense of loss.
